At Adventure Ticket, safety starts with real insurance. Every guest is covered during the activity, and we offer stronger Thai insurance on top of basic Laotian insurance for better protection.

Local basic Laotian insurance is required by law, but the payout is very small. For guests who expect international standards, our additional Thai insurance is the protection that really makes a difference.

Flying is a beautiful experience, but it is still an air sport. Even with strict safety standards, we must be prepared for the unexpected.

Many low-cost operators in Vang Vieng only rely on the minimum Laotian policy. That policy pays only a small amount (about 38 USD for accident, 100 USD for death), which is not enough for real hospital costs.

For this reason, we always recommend Thai insurance as the main coverage. Laotian insurance is still there, but it should be seen as a bonus, not your primary safety net.

What happens if the weather is unsafe?
If we decide that the weather is not safe for flying, you can reschedule to another available day or receive a full refund according to our safety policy. We never force a flight just to avoid refunds.
