Cancellation Policy

在 adventure ticket，我们致力于为所有客户提供难忘的体验。我们依次将安全、人员和乐趣放在首位。我们是一家本地小型企业，希望所有客人都能享受与我们的时光。如有任何问题，请联系我们，我们会协助您解决。

提前取消：您可在预定体验开始前24小时取消预订并获得全额退款。
延迟取消：距离体验开始时间不足24小时取消，费用不予退还。
24小时内变更：距离体验开始时间不足24小时，预订不可更改。

迟到政策

接送服务：大多数客户会使用我们便捷的酒店接送服务。如果您选择自行前往现场且未能准时到达，请您重新预约。如无法重新预约，将视为未到场。

未到场政策

未到场条件：如您未提前通知而未到达接送点或现场，所付费用将被没收且不予退还，包括睡过头、生病或意外等情况。

天气依赖性

安全第一：我们的动力伞和热气球体验高度依赖天气条件以确保安全。如遇天气不适合体验，我们会优先为您重新安排。如无法重新安排，将全额退款。

紧急情况

免费为您重新安排体验。

公司取消

公司主动取消：如因天气、设备问题、飞行员生病或其他原因需取消行程，我们将为您安排其他日期或时间，或全额退款。

付款与退款方式

退款流程：退款将扣除相关手续费后，尽可能通过原支付方式退还。在某些情况下，退款可能通过电汇处理。
