Extremely beautiful, professional and safe. Good value for money. I did the sunrise as recommended but honestly I think anytime would be awesome. From crying because I thought I was going to die, to having one of the most magical experiences of my life ❤️

Hi, I'm Mila, and I am NOT an adrenaline junkie. Roller coasters? No thanks. Zip lines? Absolutely not. Crazy water slides? I'll watch from a safe distance.

So when I saw videos of paramotoring over Vang Vieng's mountains at sunrise, my first reaction was: "That looks like the most beautiful experience in the world."

Followed immediately by: "Absolutely not. I would die."

I researched everything: risks, equipment, pilots and safety procedures. I wasn't looking for the cheapest company. I wanted one I could trust.

Then my boyfriend and I found Amazing Vang Vieng Paramotor and Hot Air Balloon. The words "insurance, safety, licensed" caught my eye, so we walked in and met the owner, Kru King.

I told him how terrified I was. He spent almost AN HOUR answering my endless questions, even the difficult ones. No pressure to book, no dismissing my fears. Just patience, honesty and detailed explanations. His English is excellent, too!

King explained how paramotors work, their inspections, his team's experience and how they invest in replacing equipment regularly. He said something I'll never forget: "The parts for paramotor are expensive, but our lives are priceless." ❤️

He even showed us new materials he bought, his openness gave me confidence. Their prices for service may be a little higher, but your life is more pracious then saving few dollars.

We booked both the paramotor and hot air balloon, with a sunrise flight and extra 360° footage. Prices were clear, with no surprise charges.

And yet, on the morning of the flight, I CRIED. Actual tears. I genuinely thought it might be my last day on Earth. Dramatic? Yes. But we all fear something 😂

Our included pickup arrived right on time. At the field, we met Sayla, one of the kindest people I've ever encountered. She knew I was scared, explained everything gently and made me feel cared for. Her father, my pilot, his name is Jo, has 20 years of flying experience and was wonderful.

Then came the detail that melted my heart: because I was nervous, they gave my boyfriend and me headsets so we could TALK TO EACH OTHER during our separate flights. Nobody had to do that. They simply cared.

I flew first. I braced myself for terror… and the takeoff was unbelievably SMOOTH. Suddenly I was floating above mountains, valleys and a golden sunrise. It was peaceful, breathtaking and magical.

And I wasn't scared at all.

I enjoyed every second in sky. Even the landing was gentle. I couldn't believe it!

Sayla welcomed us back, checked how I felt and took gorgeous photos (she's an amazing photographer!). We relaxed before our driver returned us to the hotel, with lovely calm music playing.

As a business owner and a perfectionist, I notice every detail of customer experience. From King's patience to the punctual pickup, clear communication, skilled pilot Jo and Sayla's extraordinary kindness, I genuinely couldn't have asked for more.

Flying is never risk-free, but this team made me feel heard, informed and cared for.

Kru King, Sayla, pilot Jo and the whole team: THANK YOU for turning one of my fears into a memory I'll treasure forever.
