Safety Update | 29 July – 31 August 2026
For the safety of all guests and crew, Adventure Ticket will temporarily pause evening hot air balloon flights in Vang Vieng from 29 July 2026 until 31 August 2026.
During this period, evening weather conditions may change quickly, with unstable winds and unpredictable air movement. These conditions can affect the balloon’s direction, landing area, and overall flight safety. As safety is always our highest priority, flights will not operate when conditions do not meet our required safety standards.
The good news is that our morning hot air balloon flights are continuing as normal. Morning conditions are generally calmer and more suitable for a comfortable and scenic flight over the mountains, rivers, and beautiful landscapes of Vang Vieng.
Guests with an existing evening booking may contact our team to move their flight to a morning departure. If rescheduling is not possible, our team will assist with other available options according to the booking policy.
We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience and appreciate your understanding. This temporary decision has been made to protect every guest, pilot, and ground crew member.
Morning flights remain available — book early to secure your preferred date.
