Dear Valued Customers,
We would like to inform you about an important update regarding flights in Vang Vieng.
Recently, there have been repeated safety incidents involving some operators in the area. Because of these incidents, the Civil Aviation Department of Laos carried out a detailed inspection and investigation.
Under this review process, the authority issued an official order to temporarily suspend all paramotor and hot air balloon flights in VANG VIENG, without exception.
This suspension applies to every operator, regardless of their individual safety record.
This order has immediate effect. Although our company maintains the highest number of positive reviews in the area and strictly follows all aviation regulations and safety standards, we are legally required to halt operations during this temporary enforcement period.
What does this mean for you?
- At the moment, we are unable to operate paramotor and hot air balloon flights in VANG VIENG.
- If you have already made a reservation and cannot fly, you will receive a full refund with no deductions.
- If you prefer, we can adjust your booking to Luang Prabang.
Please understand that this decision is made by the government authority and is beyond our control. Safety and compliance remain our highest priority at all times.
